Positive Great proximity to everything in Newport. We were able to walk to just about everything. Knowing that this is an 18th century building, it maintains its historic feel but with tastefully done renovation. We were there for a graduation. Units were very comfortable including the beds. The kitchen was very adequate for meals that we prepared ourselves for 9 of
