Positive I stayed during the ice storm, Fern, and appreciated the fact that management saved my room even though I checked in late. They could have sold it but the manager called me to confirm I needed it instead of just selling it.

Positive Overall the place was clean and nice. The breakfast was a very basic hotel provided breakfast. Though, I love when they have waffles. The front staff gentleman was super nice, and he help my husband take these screws out of a toy we bought my son.
