Positive The rental is a spacious three bedroom basement apartment. Close to downtown and the Stanley hotel. The rental has lots of books, games, and movies. A large hot tub with a view of the mountains. The beds are comfortable. The owners have the upstairs. We saw them a couple times. They are very friendly and easy going.

Positive Beautiful location along a river and walkable into town in Estes Park. They use a professional cleaning service between stays. The hosts are very friendly, communicate directly with emails and texting. They are genuine in wanting your stay to be wonderful.
