Positive I tried to check in at 3 front desk tells no rooms available cause there not ready My reservation was for a suite didn’t get a suite then she tells me I have room but tv doesn’t work over charge me for the down graded room !!! Wasn’t happy wanted to check in at 3 due a function at 5 we just arrived in Houston after a 5 hr drive

Positive I loved the customer service and accommodations provided by all the hotel staff that I had interactions with. The staff provided an extension cord and surge protector to easily charge devices in the room. Every need was met when asked.
