Positive Room was absolutely spotless and quite big, very quiet and comfortable, mattress was a bit too soft for me, but not a deal breaker. Very charming old Victorian house, very well renovated, staff was excellent! Just a bit expensive though...but it is Cambridge and Boston all over, so not much you can do about it...
