Positive Location was perfect - on Palo Alto's Main Street with shops and restaurants, good location for walks to Stanford and suburbs. Great decor and reception to work in.

Positive The interior design of the hotel, is wonderful and really fun. So many details! The staff that were there were very helpful and nice. But you need more staff.
