    Positive The owner is extremely communicative and aware of what's going on at the property. There's multiple cameras and a digital lock which was monitored frequently. The owner made a point to let me and my wife know about the co-ed nature of the residence which I appreciated. Our service animals were allowed with no problem and the house is cute.     Positive Much safer than a budget hotel AND what a gem of a property! The house is older but this is a great affordable room in an area with everything you need within walking distance.. The king size bed was glorious, house was very clean and a very responsive host. I will be staying again!
