Positive I didn't realize that this hotel didn't have an elevator and my original booking was for the second floor. I was in town for a foot surgery and couldn't really navigate the stairs comfortably. The check in staff kindly accommodated me in a ground floor room, even though it had a broken air conditioner. I was pleased with this compromise.
