Positive Easy to access and use system links to get in. Very spacious for a solo traveller Big shower and comfy bed Bus stop on the corner if you catch it at the right time takes you downtown to get easy access to Muhammad Ali Centre, Whiskey Row and the Frazier Museum and Louisville Slugger Museum or a connection to places like Churchill Downs.

Positive 10/10 Absolutely beautiful room and facilities. I had some difficulties with entry but the communication and assistance from the Hancock House was amazing and everything was sorted quickly and easily. 10/10 on great communication and very professional and polite. Easy to find, good parking and not far to walk downtown and access food and drinks.
