Positive Lynne checked us in upon arrival and she was so accommodating to our requests to have two rooms near each other. She went above and beyond. We checked out with Sasha, who was very pleasant and accommodating by getting our statements and credit card info straightened out. Breakfast was well maintained and kept tidy. We always enjoy our stay at Hawthorne.
