Positive What a gem of an apartment in downtown Dallas! The location is excellent - right by the tollway and I-35. It was easy to get where I needed to go. The apartment has a full parking lot, so I was able to park my car right by the room. No keys and no lock boxes - just a door code. The apartment was clean and had everything I needed. And the price? Positive Excellent location with walking access to the Katy Trail and parks. Airy space with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Kitchen fully stocked, even some gym equipment! The host was super responsive for everything! Very comfortable mattress for sleeping and ceiling fan.
