Positive I had a layover in Atlanta, and was traveling since the am and didn't arrive until 11:30pm in ATL. I needed a hot shower and a good sleep, I had a perfect sleep. My room was very clean. Lots of towels and no bed bugs. The check-in lady was very professional. Delta help desk had just pissed me off with a very ghetto, ignorant and unprofessional staff member i
