Positive My grandkids and I enjoyed the hotel restaurant where we had breakfast and received great service from Kelly who was friendly and attentive. The front desk staff was also courteous and helpful with our adjoining room request.

Positive I was upgraded to a new room which was nice, It had snacks for me to eat and take. Though I could not figure out how to turn on the heat and the room was very cold.
