Positive Upon checkin the counter staff Ray was very pleasant and helpful. We booked 2 rooms with a king and sofa bed. One room only had a bed and a chair. So we went to the desk to say that wasn't going to work for our party of 5. The GM came out and was quite rude saying she does to have to guarantee a sofa bed even though that's what you book and pay for online. S
