Positive I liked everything about this hotel. Comfortable, Cozy, Clean and excellent customer service! It was nice to have a microwave and refrigerator in the room. Transportation to/from the airport and the Mall of America was very easy. They use App to let you know when the driver is approaching so that you do not have to wait in the cold. Positive The breakfast had a great selection. I really appreciated the gluten free options. I'm extra sensitive, so I couldn't toast the bagel in the toaster, but I was able to warm it in my room.
