Positive The entire staff were friendly, courteous and helpful. Sergio and Zion at front desk were wonderful in answering my texts and helping with anything we needed. Andy in the breakfast area was awesome in recommending restaurants and things to see around the hotel. Our shuttle driver Michael was great. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and had a great time.
