Positive The staff were kind, professional, and helpful. We were there for 6 days following a surgery and needed to rest. All the staff, from front desk staff to house keeping were so kind. We locked ourselves out of the room twice and they made us new key cards quickly and kindly. The room was so quiet and peaceful. I loved that the windows had curtains to block out
