Positive I used my digital key to enter the room I was given. The room still had not been cleaned (bed unmade, trash left on counter) so I went to front desk. The staff person was very nice and got me set up with another room very quickly. He was also very apologetic about the issue.

Positive Great location next to Richmond Music Hall. Parking garage was convenient, but $25 a night. Old place with very nice updates. Great Pillows!
