Positive The pizza machine was cool for a late night snack. The pool was great too.staff was super kind. I was very stressed getting caught in the protest outside and they were very helpful and understanding with me.

Positive Great service at the reception, the restaurant bar, and also at the café. Surprised by the unique cocktail creations which were yummy by the way. Appreciated that there was a water refill station in the lobby area. My son and I were delighted about the noise machine next to the bed to help us relax and sleep well.

Positive Gym, steam, pool. Could not work out how to adjust thermostat. Requested more tea and housekeeping brought in 5 minutes. Coffee shop had only paper cups; a coffee shop in Seattle without ceramic cups?
