Positive The front desk staff handled the situation very well. The lady at the front desk was very helpful and understanding, even though I was frustrated and angry. She fixed the issue quickly by giving us two separate king rooms.

Positive I love how safe it made me feel as I was spending the night by myself after attending a concert at the United Center. Although I didn't need it looked like there was pretty great on-site parking just behind the hotel. And the free breakfast was really decent, enough to get you through till you find somewhere to eat at in the city. But I enjoyed my entire one
