    Positive Bkfast was what you needed...pretty good... Location good as I became more familiar with neighborhood. I am an early riser, so I like to go out early. There were homeless walking around. There isn't many people out, that was a bit creepy, but I got used to it quickly, and it appears harmless..Most staff super nice. The one woman during the day, I believe in

    Positive We were visiting the ASU campus, and the location of this hotel was very close. Staff was very friendly, and the coffee counter and bar provided nice drinks. Room was spacious and clean.
