    Positive Love the location! Bed was very comfortable, but room was very small and there is no AC. Since we hit warm (upper 70s) weather in SF, room was too. But thankfully, the room had a ceiling fan and window that we could open.

    Positive WE ORDERED BREAKFAST AND THEY GAVE OURS TO SOMEONE ELSE. SO WE ATE AN HOUR LATE BUT THEY COMPED US. WE HAD NO SCHEDULE SO IT WAS OK. BUT UNIMPRESSED
