Positive This was easily the best hotel experience we’ve had in the city. Easy check-in, and staff was accommodating to our early arrival. Room was so thoughtfully designed and had everything we needed during the stay. Quietest room I’ve stayed in the city, with zero street noise even at a lower floor. Will definitely be back.

Positive Absolutely loved the location. Right across from the Nintendo store and Rockefeller Center and easy to walk and shop 5th Ave. The room was very clean a d the beds were comfy
