Positive We have stayed at this property more times than I can count and have always had a great experience. The first time we stayed we were a bit hesitant as the hotel is older and the outside appears to be a bit run down but the majority of the rooms are updated and clean. You have a flatscreen tv, refrigerator, hairdryer, etc. This stay we saw that several of the

Positive The room was clean, the beds were very comfortable, and it was quiet. It was all we needed. The location was convenient to Dollywood. I checked in with a sweet lady and the beds were made while we were out everyday. Everything was provided just as it should be.
