Positive Very comfortable one-bedroom apartment. Kitchen was well-equipped. Whole place was nicely decorated. Location was great. Plenty of parking. The condo complex' common garden area was very nice. Host was very responsive.

Positive I stayed an extra night, so this is my second review. The condo is exceptionally nice, the owner is very helpful, the location is close to everything, and you couldn’t ask for a more comfortable, well appointed place, especially for the price. This will continue to be my go-to place when in Durham.
