    Positive The Perch is a beautiful, well appointed home, nicely decorated, gorgeous view, comfortable beds and linens, spacious, terrific location. Check-in was a breeze, host was very communicative

    Positive We love love loved this place! Beautiful view. They answered all our questions in a timely manor. Got to watch the clouds form in the mountains. My kids loved the game room and the hot tub. It was so very clean and well set up for all of our needs. I would totally stay again!
