Positive Just off the Magnificent Mile on Michigan. Prices were very reasonable and the room was comfortable and clean, though pretty small.

Positive We arrived late due to delays and even at after hours, the lovely lady gave us an excellent introduction to the hotel and Chicago. It was such a pleasant interaction after a long day of travel. The staff were excellent and very accommodating to our needs.

Positive We love staying at the Knickerbocker. The location is excellent and the staff is always friendly and willing to go the extra mile to help. We are looking forward to the cafe and bar being open again!
