Positive Great location in Ocean Bch. Right under the flight path of SAN, so bring earplugs…standard for OB. One day they scheduled maintenance on the garage and hammer drills were right under the bedroom…not cool before 8 am in a rental apt. The guy was nice, but VERY noisy and we lost sleep. Please schedule stuff when no one is there or later in the day.
