Positive Lots of amenities, the lounge and free coffee was no e, the pool area was great with private booths having tv,s Pool tables, games, very secure, nice view of the water.

Positive The location is great! Love the 3 mile walk around Tempe lake daily. The condo was very clean, well stocked with necessities and comfortable. We had a bit of noise but that was to be expected.
