    Positive It was perfect. My niece is at Howard university and it was literally a five minute walk. Location could not have been more ideal. It was close to everthing. The apartment was very clean and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare a home cooked meal for the girls. It was very spacious, almost like home. The host was very responsive .

    Positive The house is very clean and well appointed. Not too much furniture but strategically placed. It's nice. I also like that it's in a traditional neighborhood in Washington DC. You get a flavor for what community life is like. This well-renovated house was built in 1906. We absolutely enjoyed it. The landlord is very responsive.
