Positive Good value comparing to other hotel near by We got confirmed from hotel via booking.com message when we made booking to leave bagguages for couple of days since we travelling to Kona. Anyway, upon checking in they lady at receiption said they do not and will not keep our lagguages. When i show them conversation on booking.com they said it is bookig.com staff

Positive Staffs ànd Housekeeping staffs very friendly. Always welcoming with smiles and assisting with extending my stay. Front desk staff is top tiér always answering questions and hospitality very genuine
