Positive Location was great. Beautiful park front of the house. The kitchen was sufficiently equipped. Loved to have water boiler. Close to downtown. The owner answered the phone promptly and helped us to find the door and to unlock.

Positive Location was perfect for me to visit friends just a few blocks away. Also there was a safe place to get my cat outside behind the house despite it's location on a busy street. I like the idea that the historic homes in this part of Lakeland are being renovated and shared with so many others by using them as short term rentals.
