    Positive It was warm and cozy, with plenty of hot water. The place was very clean and we tried to leave it that way. All the comforts of home. The neighbors were very quiet and friendly. we will definitely come back if we are welcome. The area is lovely and the neighborhood quiet. We bagged 2 new 4000 footers yay!!

    Positive No breakfast- but that was definitely ok because went up the road and had an awesome breakfast enroute to next stop! Spacious, easy access, everything necessary was easy to find. Host great responder via messaging and phone call. Would stay again!!

    Positive What a lovely little hidden gem in the middle of the White Mountains. The place was spotless, and the open air concept gave the place a modern feel. The decor was simple, less is more motto, and the river across the street was absolutely stunning. Perfectly located for hiking swimming, sigh seeing and dining. A peaceful retreat for all ages!
