The location in E Atlanta is super close to all the great food and entertainment in Decatur, and neighborhood seems quiet (minus house construction).     Positive The location was perfect for us. Our son lives in Kirkwood and the property is right next door in the neighborhood of Edgewood. This duplex is small but perfect for 2 and designed to be efficient. Close to a shopping center that has Kroger and Target. We were able to walk to Target!
