Positive Property is not located in positive area, main entrance is not where GPS says, construction taking place, so have to be persistent to arrive at from door. Needs more lighting.

Positive Great location to shopping and amenities. This is our second time staying here and its always been a pleasure! Staff is always so friendly and accommodating and the room is always clean and comfortable! Will always come here when I visit Saginaw! Plus its a good price, considering Im coming to stay from Ontario, this is a great deal!
