    Positive The location - just a block or so from the entrane to Garden of the Gods. Gorgeous views of Pike's Peak. Down the street from the free shuttle that takes you around Manitou Springs. The rooms have a boutique feel and were very nice. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The host, Susie, was very nice and accommodating.
