Positive The studio was very clean, it had water in the fridge and an expresso machine with capsules. There were towels for 2 people regular/pool towels. The place was very clean and the host very attentive. Overall I loved the place and will stay again if I need to travel to phoenix. We were there for a competition at the convention center and the uber was very chea

Positive The location was perfect for us to travel back and forth to the Convention Center. It was walkable to stores and safe. Vince was super helpful when asked anything. I would recommend his place to anyone looking for a nice, downtown location. I would gladly stay there again!

Positive This property was the perfect amount of space. Slightly larger and way more comfortable than a hotel room. There was not a single thing that was not thought of. From a full kitchen outfitted with pots, pans, dishes, and detergent, to a washer and dryer combo with detergent. They even supplied beach towels for the pool.
