    Positive Location is fantastic, within walking distance to beach, wharf and downtown dining. Well kept grounds in a safe neighborhood. Plenty of parking, parking passes available for $5/day. Full kitchen with large fridge. Private rooms are very nice. Dormitory was clean, comfortable beds, earplugs available. Very friendly staff.
