Positive Well equipped. Really nice view if the ocean other than the power lines. The master bedroom and bath is GREAT.

Positive The view was spectacular. We were there for the king tides and the ability to see the ocean clearly was really what I wanted. There are a few repair issues and be warned, there are some very steep steps. But all all, it was delightful.
