When I asked for extra pillows.and towels, the front desk manager, a young gentleman, he was very accommodating....The location was great-5 mins to the Strand, Beach and shopping in Hermosa....10 mins to Manhattan Beach. I also enjoyed all the boutique shops and the variety of food restaurants within walking
