Positive Able to sit out on the deck and enjoy the wildlife in the water. Able to walk to town.

Positive End Unit Nice View although on the canal, not the beach, but okay for us! Kitchen, Laundry, Tub for the grandchildren although we did not use the jacuzzi in the master bath, grass to roll on and play paddleball. All overall great.
