Positive The location of this hotel for our trip was amazing. It is attached to the Prudential Center which was a great place to shop and eat. It's also a really easy walk to Newbury Street for shopping and the Green Line to travel around the city.

Positive Quality of room and overall hotel experience was excellent. From the kindness of the staff to the cleanliness as well as amenities, this hotel had it all. I had an early arrival and the front desk allowed me to check in much earlier than expected and I was given a spacious room on the 26th floor. Room and views were incredible.
