Positive All of the villa staff, from security guards, maintenance staff, receptionists, to concierge services, were all exceptional and extremely helpful. Loved separate pool areas. Liked the Sheraton's hot chocolate hour in the lobby. It was a nice touch. Liked the bar-b-que grills, workout room, and beautiful landscaping.
