    Positive The apartment is the bottom floor of a split-level house. It's very bright and has lots of windows. The neighborhood is very quiet and family friendly. I was able to walk to several restaurants 10 minutes away. The grocery store is 5 minutes away (driving) and downtown is only 10 minutes away.     Positive We had a blast. The property is located in a quaint neighborhood with a lot of good food options a quick walk away. On Sunday we walked up to the Farmers Market. It is centrally located so it was easy to get to the different parts of the city. The place had plenty of space for the six of us with lots of games the kids and us could play. The kitchen was stock
