Positive Vacasa manages the property and we got lots of reminders of pre-check-in and check-in - in fact, too many. :) We got the lock box code via SMS the day before. There were 2 lock boxes around the door. We had to try both and eventually found the key. The lockbox with the key was quite loose and with enough wiggling, it could be forced open without the code.
