Positive I was a bit concerned after reading some of the reviews, but left extremely happy and overly satisfied! Karen at the front desk was extremely kind and accommodating. I showed up at 1:30pm as I had to drop off my rental, she let me check in without a fee as they had a room ready. She was also extremely kind and understanding about my late checkout. Karen dese
