    Positive It was cozy, there was sweet attention to detail. Other than that it stayed sort of dark in the rooms (which was great for sleeping in - and also, it's winter) you couldn't really tell you were in a half basement at all. It was very thoughtfully designed.

    Positive Place was nice but thought we were getting a little bigger place also the other half of this rental was a 3 bedroom and bigger and they paid average a hundred dollars less than we did thought almost 700 was a little high after seeing it
