Fred Verified guest review

Positive Great location plus quiet and relaxing. Comfortable floor plan. Master bedroom was extremely spacious. Just a very very nice house.
Christopher Verified guest review

Positive The property is close to many things in the Goodyear area without being on a "main drag" or cut through street. The pool and spa were excellent, but there was an undisclosed fee for the hot tub, which was eventually, and I do mean eventually...resolved in our favor. The kitchen and living areas were all excellent. The neighborhood was quiet and good for walk
Tricia Verified guest review

Positive Great location with a great pool. Very nice and clean house.
