Positive The staff was friendly but the desk seemed to be unattended. They did assist when you needed extra coffee and etc.

Positive The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The phone in the room was broken. No wash rags in the room. We were not told in advance that hotel was undergoing a renovation. No signage to identify the hotel. The breakfast was not available on house. We had to go next door to the Holiday Inn Express for a very minimal breakfast. Very disappointing.
