Positive Super clean unit and grounds; loads of windows, great views of golf course, great pool area and rinse off stations. All furniture was comfy and clean; love quiet ceiling fans in bedrooms, double sink in master bath. Shipyard's central island location is perfect bike ride away from busy tourist spots, but this particular neighborhood was a little far from the
